ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.
During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer.
SHIPPING TIME
Domestic (India):
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote or non-metro areas:
Delivery may take 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value during promotions or as mentioned on the website.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email so you can track your package until delivery.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERIES
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete details
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
We may need to reship the order, and additional shipping charges may apply.
DELAYS
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or if something is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the package and product
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
